win98 turn on elicense control???
Can someone tell me how to turn on the elicense control in windows 98? I can't get the patch to open up for ootp 5 or 6.
I would greatly appreciate it. I went back to version 5 but can't get patch 5.14 to unzip. I get eLicense40.dll missing. Royals |

Are you sure your "unzipping" program is working properly?

If you can't get the patch to unzip something isn't right. Have you tried d/l the patch again?

Then it sounds like you've got other PC problems, because the file is fine. Have you checked for virus, run defrag, checked for spyware and adware?

I have my license for oopt5. If I go to ootpdev.com and I want to download the ootp5setup again do I just download the demo version that says ootp5setup. I think it is 21megs. Also would this have version 5.14 and just install that version?
I know I'm being a pain but I can't go out and buy another computer. Royals |
