Ahhh hmm... Previous pitcher on first base then the reliever?

Okay what happened was, Pujols jacked a homer, and so Chin-Hui Tsao decided to plunk Bonds with the ball, and of course Bonds rushes out and commences to lay the smack down on Tsao. The problem: Tsao was sent to first instead of the substitute baserunner, Cedeno. So they bring in Cory Vance to relieve (Tsao was of course ejected also) and now Vance is on first base and the mound. Any tips on how to fix this? Don't want to swing away or anything yet, because basically I'm afraid it'll give Vance a run, or mess up my game stats or something.

Oh, and also on the lineup screen Cedeno doesn't have the 1B (now 2B, I decided to swing away and try and see if would change) next to his name in red, so I can't just substitute a new runner.
