in at corners, pitching, replacement bugs
1) With the bases loaded or runners on the corners and one out, I move the corners in. In every baseball sim I've ever played, this means the corner infielders should throw home to prevent the run, with the middle infielders back to look for a possible double play ball. Instead, the corner fielders throw to first. I shouldn't have to move the entire infield in to get a throw home from my third baseman. Minor, but irritating.
2) When the computer has used up its last pinch hitter and a player is hurt or ejected, they stay in the game. A pitcher should have to step in.
3) I'm nearing the end of a 1972 career league. At the start of virtually every game, I'm told the pitcher "also has one shutout." Never 2, 3, or 15. Every pitcher in the league can't have a shutout. That's weird.
