pitcher control conversion

There is a problem converting pitcher control from Version 5 to Version 6. Pitching prospects with high control rating will often see their control set to 1 in the conversion (1 on a 1-100 scale). I did some tests with rosters/on-line leagues and found this problem occuring quite frequently.

just wanted to underscore that this poses a MAJOR problem for on-line league conversions.

I bet it has something to do with the roll-over at a rating of 256.
