Possible Arbitration frustration

I'd like to see a slight change to possible arbitration.

I like the years of service that was added, its a good addition. However in the change, one thing was lost. The ability to predict the first year of arbitration for a player is almost lost.

In OOTP5, when a player had 2 yrs of exp, it listed the arbitration guess. Now in OOTP6 is says "Possible Arbitration" with no amount and I assume that will change to "Arbitration" once the appropriate number of days is accumulated. However with the default that is used, you go by most of the season not being able to guess and plan accordingly to shed other salary for those raises.

My request is that in the next patch, the "Possible Arbitration" tag used be accompanied with a guess arbitration amount as well! THat would make it all right again.

Also, there might be consideration for the opposite tag of "Possible Free Agent". When a 5 yr player plays enough days, he'll switch from Arbitration to Free Agent. It'd be nice to see this as well but its not as important.

If you want to get even cooler, these "Possible" tags can be included with the number of days of service remaining for the player to pass the threshold and add a year.
