Roster screen notation bug?

I was just messing around with the new patch (6.02a) to see how the waiver stuff works and I noticed something that doesn't seem right.

The roster screen legend says that a + next to a player's name indicates he is out of options, but I found some players with a + whom I could move freely between the active roster and the minors. When I check these players' financial info, they are all in their last option year. Is it possible that players in their last option year are incorrectly given a + in the roster screen?

u can bring them up to major and minor in the same season as many times you want..and that will count as one option year only

I think you misunderstand....the roster screen says that a + means the player is _out_ of option years, but I found some players in their last option year that have the +. Perhaps it should also be noted that I noticed this at the end of the regular season, but before the playoffs started.

I think it means that the player is in his last option year. He is out of option years (meaning he has no option years left), but for the current year, he can still be moved.

Well, if that's so, it's simply misleading and should be changed. If a guy can still be moved he's not out of options, thus the + has no sense in those cases. That info should be for the current season, not the next, I'd think. Will check this in case the status just gets refreshed at the end of the regular season and not after proceeding.

Can we get some confirmation from the dev team or one of its minions on whether this is actually a bug or not?
