Merchandising Revenue Bug?

I created a team, and every season that I've played so far the team has lost $100,000 in Merchandising Revenue. It's not a lot of money but it's confusing especially when every other team no matter how bad they are makes at least 1 million in merchandising revenue. I'm 11 years into my franchise.

Is this a bug or expected...

forgot to mention my team has a current fan intrest of 94, we're almost through May and lost $26,511 so far

Went to the League Setup, clicked the Edit league Structure. And added two teams to my league that came with the game.

The game bases the mer. revenue off of the previous season, in this case there was no previous season hence the problem. BEFORE you proceed to the next season edit the mer. rev. to roughly the average of the other teams in the league and the next season the problem should be solved.
