Game Crashes

Ok heres what happens when I start up OOTP6 all that happens is I get a black screen nothing else.No loading league bar.Nothing. I don't really know more than that but OOTP5 still works fine.

Heres some of my info
XP Proffesional
AMD Athlon Processor
1.31 GHz
256 MB of RAM

Has the game ever worked? Have you installed any patches or used any 3rd party utilities? What version of direct X are you using? What screen resolution are you running?

Yes it had worked since I bought it until now

Yes I installed 6.02a when it came out and no the only 3rd party item I use is CBL 2.0 rosters

Did it stop working when you installed the patch? Have you made any other system changes? Have you tried starting the game after rebooting your system?

I don't what it was but its working now. It may have been what you said or reinstalling the game 5 times. But nonetheless thanks
