Computer fails to fill out lineup

Six years into my fictional league, all teams computer controlled, one of the teams will not fill out its depth chart or lineup. This is now for two consecutive seasons. Run computer manager, does nothing. Auto depth charts, auto lineup, nothing. Pitching rotation is fine. All other teams are fine. Most of the hitters on this team now getting only about half season worth of at bats. Patch 6.02a.

Someone please help salvage my league. Thank you.

Is there a position on the team that nobody is rated to play?
