I am So surprise you guys didnt catch this BUG: Please Read Very Important
there is obvious a bug in the minor league free agent in league setting and player salary report in front office in patch 6.02a...not sure in previous version in OOTP 6 if this occured too.
i very surprise no one is talking about this....its a major bug in league settting under financial setup...the minor league free agent doesnt matter if you put it on Enabled or Disabled its broken.... it says "Minor league players with 6 years of minor league service who are not on the 40 man roster become free agents after the season if they have a minor league contract or there MLB contract runs out.." i tested it with Enabled on for one season and tested it disabled on for one season... before i proceed to next season , i goto my team front Office and goto player salaries report.....it shows i have several minor league players who will be a free agent next season and also some that say minor league free agent next season... for example i had two players where it says there minor league free agent next season, i check to see in team transaction there not on the 40 man protected roster...i then proceed to next season..and guess both players are on my roster for the new season....this happens when i set it to enabled and disable on my test...also i see some minor league players where it shows on the players salary report in front office there free agent next season and when i proceed to next season, there all on my roster..... conclusion shows me the Enabled and Disabled in minor league free agent is broken and not working at all. it looks like it disabled no matter if you hit enabled or disabled. also if you have minor league free agents disabled it will show minor league free agent on the player salary report..if you have it enabled you dont have minor league free agents..looks like that setting is backward... and in team front office the player salary report is not telling the truth about players saying minor league players there free agent next seaason and when u proceed to next season there still on your roster...this is very misleading and it hard to tell who you should do an extension too... also if you give an extension to a player and you goto team front office and click on player salaries , it still shows there going to be a free agent next season...why? it should not show up no more in the salary report , if you offfer an extension to a player and they accepted... true it does, but then above it , it should not show the player will be a free agent next year... also please test what i posted above on the minor league free agent in leaue setting... thanks |

 'nother giant detected here too. I did not have this problem, when I tested my team in a test league. I will go back and check tonight.
