The *Only* time I would disagree with this. Are the times Steve and Henry have no idea, whether a bug, or patch is being worked on. Many times we will read them say. We can only relay the information to Markus. So when they don't have any idea as to what Markus is doing/or not doing, about a certain bug or feature. I can then see why people will keep posting over again, until they perhaps, get an answer from Markus himself. Now if Markus has no idea as what to do, then we may really have problems.
