Downloading The Game Problem

so i go to redownload ootp5 game here is what is says when the download is complete and i click on it:
could not initialize instalation file size expected=22138429, size returned= 12587144. the parameter is inncorrect

can anyone help cause im not downloading this file allnight again

i do not know the link i downloaded from it was off the post i had from a reply from basicly same subject
