Game crashes setting one-game playoff

Very limited problem likely, but OOTP6 will crash in a two-team league if both teams finish the season with the same record (happened three different times, never successfully set a one-game playoff).

Is this if you manually schedule a playoff game or the game does? Seems like I've had one game playoffs w/o issue if scheduled by the game but I could be wrong.

It appears to happen when computer tries to schedule 1-game playoff. Again, the league I used only had two teams, so maybe the problem is limited to that setup.
