OOTP2 - Career Ending Injuries

Hello Folks!

Using OOTP2 for a online sim league (TWML) and in our 7th season, hitting on a rash of career ending injuries.

After 1 in 6 seasons (and maybe 2 season enders) we've had 3 career ending injuries and a season ender in half a season.

Probably just the game being random, but wanted to check to see if anyone had heard of any bugs/quirks/etc concerning situations like this.

Random. We used OOTP2 for a good 12 seasons and had 4 career enders.
