Development increase, then decrease, on same day.

Version 6.02, in the TSTBL internet league. My player, 2B Shaun Boyd, had a talent bump and decrease in the same day.

Is this a bug? If not, it's certainly rather... redundant. Despite having pre-ordered OOTP6, this is actually my first full experience with it, the TSTBL now nearly halfway through its first season under OOTP6. I've never seen something like this before. If I recally correctly, there was a bug when version five was first released in which a player would get two talent changes in the same category in the same day, but in the same direction.

This happened to me, too...new to 6.03...only once that I recall.

This is a bug that Markus has slowly been eliminating. It's better than it used to be, but still in there somewhere. Since it cancels itself out rather than accumulates changes in the same direction (which it did originally), I suspect it won't be considered critical at the moment.

I have had several players decline or increase one week and the next week the very opposite. Dont think I've seen it happen on the same day though.
