Reports fail To List

Since I downloaded the latest patch for OOTP6 no longer can get any report pages to show up. I can see the report preparing to load but then it reverts back to the page I was originally on. Reports such as minor league report, salaries, ratings, etc. all faol to load now. I reloaded the game and reverted back to patch 2 but still same problem. Any ideas on what is wrong ?

Game setup, toggle the browser used by the game to open the reports.
