What's up with Elicense???

Ok, here's my problem. Last week I had to reload Windows on my laptop because of a virus. Well I forgot to unlicense my laptop copy of OOTP. I know, "it's elicense problem". Upon realizing this mistake, I did contact elicense through their email address support@elicense.com and have not recieved any emails from them. It has been over a week and multiple emails has been sent, yet still no word from them. I'm frustrated and I'm wondering if anybody knows what's wrong with elicense.

I've gotten email replies the same day, do you have a spam control on your email or use AOL? Both of those OFTEN block that type of emails.

Call them... my father blew up his machine just last week (he's retired, not into computers at all - but loves playing in our baseball league) - I called elience and the lady couldn't have been more helpfull. In less than 5 minutes I had my father up and running again.

You can clear up the block that AOL puts on emails, but then just be prepared to get bombarded by trash.
