How to get license?

I bought OOTP6 last year and played the heck out of it until my laptop died last fall. I just got around to getting a new home computer and have the itch to play again. What do I have to do get my license back since I assume all of that info was lost with the old computer? Do I just contact Viatech or is it more complicated than that? Thanks
