Hidden Ratings

Ok, I am the Owner of IBA. I use the file in my league and realized that some of the teams don't show their players ratings.

Half the teams show individual ratings when you click on a players name while the file is open, but some teams don't show the ratings.

Is their a way to see all ratings or a way to fix this?

Sounds like the league uses "scouts" and the teams that "don't show the ratings" don't currently have a scout.
