I guess Andreas would be the best person to answer this: when the site was down yesterday, what was lost?

The previous day, I posted the results of a match between George Chuvalo and Nino Valdes which was in my "A Partial Eclipse of the Sonny" uni at "Inside the Ropes." I know that it was there because Mad Bomber offered a comment.

Today it's vanished! Not a big deal for me to rewrite it and post it again. But before I do so, I was wondering if there's going to be some restoration effort.

I think we also should get some sort of assessment from Andreas concerning what else is lost and what can be restored.

Finally, yesterday was somewhat of a mystery. Maybe there's an explanation elsewhere in the forum and I missed it. If not, I thinks we'd all like to know what took place.

Do you visualize the ring and the crowd around the ring? After the fight, do you imagine an interview. Is there anyone in particular interviewing the fighters... like Larry Merchant?
I'm sure it's a coincidence that I thought about this after having a few shots of whiskey .

I don't care what they say... Canadian whiskey beats the stuff from Kentucky.
