i will do the UK right after the NHL - but it will take a bit as i´m trying to cover every decade for every NHL team (so one pic for the 30's, one for the 40's, and so on).

hard to get inside views on the web from before the 80´s....i´ll try hard but in the end the pack will contain many street views as well.
Good thing is, when the pack is finished, it´s up to you which ones to use or not.
As an example here you have:
new_york_americans_1280_1931 (New York Americans 1931) &
new_york_rangers_1280_2014 (New York Rangers 2014)
