NHL Historic Jerseys 1931-Present Day
Hey guys,
This is a HUGE project that I am taking on and doesn't have a completion date but I enjoy making hockey jerseys so this is going to be a project that is released season by season over time. After time (who knows how long) when everything is caught up to present day there will eventually be a mega-pack to download for all NHL. Until then I will release zip files for every given season that includes home and away jerseys. (Third/Alternate jerseys made be included at a later date.) If historical play in FHM backdates from 1931 those will eventually be included; for now we will start with 1931 though which is the earliest season available to play. Helmets will be included in these packs (also for years prior to helmets since either a ball cap or helmet is needed). For years without helmets I used my best judgement on helmet color, that can easily be changed to your personal liking however. *If something does not seem accurate or correct please PM me/post and let me know so I can get it fixed. **At the time of this post FHM doesn't support home and away jerseys. However this pack includes them based on wether the NHL wore home whites or home coloreds in that given year; jerseys must be manually altered in the file naming to your liking of which colored or white you'd like to use until a patch is released. ***At the time of this post FHM doesn't support yearly transition within the naming convention; jerseys must be manually updated and the years must be removed off the file naming unit a patch is released. These jersey packs are set up already for when FHM supports this. HISTORICAL JERSEY SEASON BY SEASON CHECKLIST: 1931-1940 1941-1950 1951-1960 1961-1970 1971-1980 1981-1990 1991-2000 2001-2010

No changes from 1932-33 to 33-34 Except the New York Americans added an alternate jersey. (Alternates not included)
UPDATE ^^ I may actually include this, and fix the download tomorrow - count it as an away, these alt's were used as color clash jerseys for games vs teams with similar colors. There are a few more as I go on and they're worth including I think.

Just curious ... But wouldn't most players who play historical use photo packs of players as opposed to Facegens ?
I could be wrong on that, but I am just curious if you might be spending time on something that few people will use. As for example they would want a real-life picture of the player they are with, not a Facegen-depiction.... Although how great these jerseys look could certainly sway them! I suppose they could also be used for a custom league with NHL teams that starts back then too... |

Thanks for the input guys, I will just keep trucking along; if it seems as no one really chimes in with interest then I can always stop, but I always thought historical facegen unis were huge for OOTP.

This may seem stupid but how you change the jerseys in the game? I downloaded to drop box and saved into FHM2 but don't know how to change them on the teams. Thanks in advance.

Inside your saved game folder is a folder named graphics and inside that folder is one named jersey pics. Place the jerseys in that folder. Must be named jersey_Montreal_Canadiens or whatever the team name is with an underscore _ instead of a space.
