Allow Editing of Rules all Offseason

It is frustrating that after creating a custom league for a quickstart I can't edit the regular period length, I would really like to have my league use 15 minute periods but I can't until I advance a year but then I can't save the quickstart. It's really limiting for quickstart creators.

You mean it doesn't. The game begins on a date you cant change such things AS league rules.

OTTP allows it. Get rid of Trade Deadline but still allow Trading Rule.

If you change rules late in the offseason, AI teams don´t have time to react anymore (e.g. lowering the Salary Cap or something). So it makes no sense to allow this.

In OTTP can switch date to like next year or in 2Ksports Basketball Game can turn off Deadline and Trades still happen. You can Edit Salary Cap in OTTP but have to be in Commissioner Mode to sign my Guys.
