Coldest ,worst location too have a team?

I need too know because thats where my Toronto Maple Leafs will hold their training camp.

Try Eureka, NU. Septembers seem to be much colder than Yakutsk.

Surely for a hockey team it's be worse to be warm ? In that vain, How about a Dubai Pro Hockey League?

(I actually wouldn't put it beyond someone to try that in reality at some point)

Flin Flon, Manitoba - they used to have a Western Hockey League team (the Bombers), and average January temperatures are around -25.. I can't quite think of a more desolate place.
