Question about Staff

So I bought it today WOOT! I took over the Leafs and noticed that I became GM and Head Coach. Is this because the HCs just were not set for the DB? Or like EHM if the HC is also listed as the GM he gets booted out?

I also tried to sign Randy Carlyle but cannot seem to find out how to do it. Is this feature disabled right now during the beta? I can see that I right click on players to offer contracts, but that doesn't seem to be the case for personell

At the moment, there is no option to hire a head coach like in EHM or OOTP.
