How do you scout the upcoming players in the Amateur draft?

Apparantly, you don't. Just got to the WHL Bantam Draft and had no information on any players.
So, I had the CPU do the draft and ended up without a single draftee.

yeah i don't understand how to make that happen. I tried scouting the Amateur draft from the dop down list but it only scouts a few selected players.

I find that if I set several scouts with the job of scouting the NHL Entry Draft, they each get a list of different players each time. A little more limiting of a process, but maybe also a bit more realistic.
