Update 1.68: Historical mode not generating historical players

I was playing through a historical game and noticed the latest update. Historical players were generating (Bobby Hull, etc.) but now they are not. It's 1971 and Bobby Orr, Marcel Dionne, etc. do not exist. I'm not sure if they were generating after I patched or not, but thought I'd post this and see if anyone else is having this problem.

Strange, I just checked a test game started in the early 60's and currently in 1974 and Dionne and Orr are definitely there, and I don't see anyone obvious missing. It could be, since the game was started with the earlier patch, that the problem that one had with draft rights may have prevented them from joining a team and they eventually retired, but that's fairly unlikely for players of that age and skill level. You've tried searching for them by name via the search (magnifying glass icon) feature, right?

Do you mean that the game isn't generating the players for the draft? I encountered that again myself. I played two seasons and tried to start a third but the draft pool was empty. I'm trying to figure out what is wrong....
