I got this idea from thread created in the ehm blue line forums, and thought it might be fun here. I have a Japaneses goalie in one of my sims (GPG avg. set to 6.15). He took the long road to the nhl but he did finally make it although not great he seems to be hitting his stride and he has a high aging rating so he should be solid for a while now.

Edit: just wanted to add he was drafted in 2023 2nd round 33 overall to the Columbus Blue jackets
On July 9th 2030 Washington Captials signed him to a 2 year deal worth 550,000 per year.
On July 2nd St. louis Blues signed him to a 3 year deal worth $4,930,000 per year.

I'm at work so too lazy to do the math but I wonder if he breaks the record for most consecutive games by a goalie I believe it was 502 by Glenn Hall

Edit: after a quick glance I believe he topped out at 328 but hard to tell exactly
