Editing Team Names/League Structure After Creation

Is there a way to edit team names or league structure (expansion, city movement) once a custom league has been created? I assume there is because it's all available in OOTP, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it.

I just realized I gave one of the teams the wrong name and I want to change it.

In a Sandbox game you can change the team name on Game Start and on every July 1st. To do so, enable Commish mode (in Manager Options) and then use the Edit button on the team page (upper area).
