Font size

Is there a way to easily change this in the pbp file?

Nope.

There may be a way to do it through the skin, but honestly, I'm not quite sure how that works yet... I'll let you know if I figure it out!

I figured it out. In case anybody's interested, here's how:

Open the English file with OpenOffice although Word might work.
Select all.
Change font size to 11 (or whatever).
Save
That's it.

I tried this. It did not cause immediate ill consequences. I really cant tell a 10 pt and an 11 pt font apart.

Nice hack.

Not a lot of difference in size. But I can tell by how close I have to get to the monitor to comfortably read it. Just one point seems to make the difference for these old eyes.

I tried it, but I'm seeing no difference (unless I did something wrong).

I don't know. There's not a lot of difference between fonts 10 and 11. I am now able to sit back and more comfortably read the pbp though.

rich12545, can you change the font itself (not just the size)?

I don't see why not. You select all then options are available including font, color, size, italics, bold, etc.

Well, I never tried anything other than increasing the font size a bit. Just wanted to be able to see the pbp better. My eyes aren't what they used to be and they never were all that great.

It would be easy for you to try anything. Copy your English file and do some experiments. See what you like.

I tried, but it didn't work. That's why I thought you might try it. If you have no trouble changing the font itself, then I know I've done something wrong. But if you can't change the font itself, then I wonder if you're actually able to change the font size, too. No biggie, but if you get a chance to do it, let me know what happens. Thanks.
