Poker RPG

Just ran into this site PokerRPG - the world's first online poker role playing game

PokerRPG is a alternate online work filled with not only poker fans, but RPG fans as well. In the new Web 2.0 environment, different websites get mashed together, so we decided that gaming should be no different. As the name of the game suggests, we took the wildly popular online poker and did something that had never been done before, we merged the poker genre with the role playing game, changing the face of online gaming forever.

PokerRPG is the world’s first online poker role playing game. Create your character, join up with friends, and advance your worldwide career to the next level as you explore the poker world, build your house, invest in the poker stocks, and play free online poker with real people.

FREE to Play
That's right, unlike the big players, PokerRPG is free to play to all users! Not only does this allow us to serve the game to users under 18, but we can offer the game to anyone from beginners to advanced players. What is even more, the game is free, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't come with perks. In PokerRPG, your in-game currency is chips, and though you can't cash out, you can spend these chips in the PokerRPG store, which can be compared to a real world Best Buy. Any user is able to buy prizes such as Ipods, Xbox 360s, poker sets, DVDs, video games, and much more!

If your a poker fan and RPG fan I think you might want to check it out.

IIRC, you get 2 resets if you run out of chips. Not sure what happens after that, guess you gotta start a new account?

I played there a couple nights ago for the first time and it wasn't bad. I didn't see anyone go all in right at the start, or do any other stupid stuff that could ruin the fun like on most fake money poker sites.

There wasn't a lot of players though.. I started a SNG, and most of the people that joined seemed to know each other.

I haven't really looked through it but is it like a career too where you start joining or getting invited to more presitigious poker tournaments as you get better?

Its all about chips, the more chips you have the better tourneys you can get in. You can also get free gift cards ranging from 10 bucks to 500 bucks for wal mart and target when you have enough chips.

Yeah, I have blown my 2 resets already, thats when the game gets tuff. Dont play the slots!!!!! Bank your money evey day when you quit for the day. .055 interest. Also a good thing to do when you get 1200 extra chips is buy a shop, then you can buy and sell items to make chips that way. Also get a job everyday using job chips.

You try and hurt Mozart, and you're gonna get a bullet in your head... courtesy of Butch Cassidy.

Two queens on casino night. I am going to drop a deuce on everybody.
