Suggestion: Desire for Personal Performance
It seems to me that there are statistically good players that don't perform for their team (obviously the prime example being Alex Rodriguez). I think the reason for this is because certain players have a strong desire for personal success (career numbers) and care much less about a desire for a winning team. Hence I think that focus on personal performance coupled with desire for a winning team can effect pressure performance.
