BMO is shut down, looks like Sim Dynasty is picking some of them up. They have a deal for former BMO players to play as low as $8 bucks a month....

Although some of us like to use the OOTP engine to create unique or "ideal" baseball worlds, at least half of the people who play online leagues play real-team, real-player leagues, and OOTPO sounds like it would be ideal for them. They don't want customization or anything that varies from the real-world experience, and that's okay, especially if it funds or enables the existence of an engine that is flexible enough to satisfy everyone.

I get the impression that Markus himself doesn't play fictional, if that tells you anything.

This is a shame because in my opinion fictional is way better than real rosters.

If it does not go online, I might host a OOTP cd league.

Trust me it will be unique and fun!

Yes from BBMO. I was thinking about a Battle of Dynasty league with a scoring system or Survivor? I was going to limit the teams to 16, no injuries or finances, include mini-me's (put yourself in the the action) and more.

Any update on OOTP Online?

Been going through withdrawls from BMO for a month now. And now the final nail in the coffin.

BMO... What does the Bank of Montreal have to do with online sports sims?

You can always play OOTP 9 on-line if you're interested. It's a very fun experience.

I really like the format that BMO uses, you play on a server using IE or another internet browser, then you can make changes on there without e-mail changes, or sending a new file
