At the age of 40, D.C. Wig becomes the ILB All-Time hit leader with 3097 hits and solidifies his place in the HoF.

Unfortunately, Kansas City traded for a young 2B early in the season and D.C. only got in 99 games.

He is a FA, but I think that will be all for D.C., he's earned a rest.

D.C. ended the season with 3181 hits, the all-time record. Other notable numbers include triples(17), and runs (21). I can't find out, but I'm sure his 2707 games has got to be up there. I don't recall him missing any games to injury. He had day-to-day injuries, but I recall him playing through most of them.

Games missed in 2016 and 2020 were due to bugs that stopped the accumulation of stats.
In 2013 there was a horrible FA period (bug) and I could not sign and wasn't picked up until 16 or so games into the season.

Here are his numbers: (If anyone knows how to format the stats properly, please let me know. thanks)

You can format the stats better in two ways by using these html tags:

VERSION ONE:

(font face="courier")

--put all your stats here--
--and within your stats lists, instead of spaces, use
--that is the HTML code for a full space.

(/font)

Use the "preview post" feature to see if they look right. If not, add spaces.

VERSION TWO:

(pre)

--your stats--

(/pre)

however, I've noticed that this adds extra blank lines sometimes.

NOTE: be sure, however, to use <> brackets instead of () parentheses. (I didn't use them in this post, because they turn into invisible HTML instructions.)
