ITP challenges?
In OOTP we got Detroit or Tampa Bay challenges. Anyone got good ideas on interesting player settings and specific goals?

Horrible setting, no gear or books. Be a real NATURAL!

Personally, I think the most fun comes in the game when you have the most adversity.
I created a game called Futility Infielder (after the Blog) where I created a guy who looked weak compared to Rey Ordonez. I just wanted to see what kind of career I could scratch out. Also, trying to hang on at the end of your career is fun. In my current game, I am 43 years old, and still pitching in the bigs. I'm not that great, but I just looked and it turns out that I'm the #1 starter for the Dodgers, who are in 1st place by 9 games. This is where the game is fun! |

How about being drunk before every game. Make it harder to get good

I think making the Hall of Fame on the horror setting would be a pretty sizeable goal. I am playing a career on that setting right now. My third baseman won Rookie of the Year at 24 years old and his abilities have gone from 40 Contact - 20 Power - 70 Eye - 20 Gap to 70 Contact - 80 Power - 70 Eye - 80 Gap, but I still don't think there is any way he makes the hall.
And if SOMEHOW you don't find that challenging enough, try doing it without reading any books or buying any equipment. |

just one level higher than normal without book or equipment and making it to the hall would be damn hard i think...
