Make some things more 'moddable'

On the graphical mod side of things, I personally would like to have more control over changing the graphics.

Instead of having the game resize the logos (on the cap, in the top right corner of the main screen) I would rather have three sets of logos to change. That way we could edit them to show up a little better. If we could edit the cap logo, the medium sized logo, and the main 150x150 logo, we could make things look a little better without the distortion.

Not a biggie, but I like modding graphics, so that's what I would like to be able to do.
