1. being able to refuse Minor's assignment
2. to be able to request a trade if you are not getting enough PT.
3. to control your stealing while on base
4. to get "outside $$$" from endorsements etc.
5. like OOTP Manager be able to meet and marry have kids who may also someday play in the league.
6. and I know a longshot after your career to be able to continue as a Manager either at Minor or Major's level and see if you make it into the Hall of fame.

7. More contract options, like trade veto options and incentives.
