Alternatives to Drinking and other ideas
While I am not a prude and certainly imbibe from time to time I do not like the amount of drinking in this game. Rather, I do not like that it is the ONLY way to raise your mood that you can control. Surely there are other options?
Play golf? Fish in that big lake behind your house? Play Video Games? By the way, why can i drink 4 Jamaican Hard Rums and not get drunk but have 1 planter's punch and be reeling? Also how about different main screens for different levels? Dirt roads and barns for A ball, big stadium, condos and freeways for Major League games, etc. |

Good ideas. I want to be able to purchase a larger home and the idea of the ballparks changing with the level you are at is also a great idea.

Ballparks/surroundings changing with each level --- YES! I mentioned that in a post right after the game came out. I wholeheartedly agree.
As far as elevating your mood, there are other ways that could be incorporated besides boozing. Golf and Fishing are good. Some players might prefer GO TO CHURCH or GIVE $1000 TO CHARITY or VISIT SICK KIDS to elevate their moods. |

I'd be worried about ITP2. I think they should consider completely revamping ITP1 and giving it to us all, given how... well, how overall weak ITP1 is. It's a good game, but I just feel like it's a VERY simplistic game that could have had so much more than it does.
So many features to add, and so few will be added.

for the bar, i would like more options for different people instead of just one choice. for steve kuffrey, all i can do is ask for advice, why can't i choose to beat the crap out of him once in a while (no offense if you are reading this). also for markus and jim trunzo, why is it only fighting, why not "beg for mercy" or have them teach you the right hook for when you fight the other teams' star player. also there is nothing you can do when u drink with andreas raht. all you do is talk to him. it gets annoying. i want to punch him too (once again no offense to anyone, i just prefer video game violence). also why does the owner have to be fat and capable of handling alcohol so well? are they generalizing rich owners as fat people or are they just trying to make it hard to get money. there should also be ways to get arrested or suspended. like for drug abuse or something. but then i guess there should be some way of controlling this.
i do like the fact that my stamp collection turns on women. i mean hey, if you saw this stamp collection, you'd be all over me in a second. nice choice on that one. |
