A few ideas...

1. No trade clauses (with the option to waive them) - it hurts getting traded to another team after 15 years with one.

2. The ability to appeal to teams for potential contracts DURING the season when you've been released (sorta like how Rickey Henderson kept letting people know he was available).

3. Ability to add more than 5 photos (I know I can replace them, but I'd rather just add a #6, 7, etc.)

4. More options for spending the cash that you obtain once you make the majors, especially for pitchers!!!

5. Ability to develop as a utility player (multiple-positions)

BTW - love the game, it rocks.
