Noticed there was a parking lot

How about being able to spend some money on a car? Parking lot is empty anyway... still, presently, I don't have much money in the bank, so maybe a salvaged Pinto or something...

Also, how about being able to get married with some of those groupies in the bar? Maybe poor on-field performance can lead to divorce, and the broad taking half you money with her?

Now if we can fool around with the Groupie ( perhaps in the Pinto in the driveway? or maybe a motel can be added ) that opens up new rpg avenues. A courthouse could be added for the eventual rape accusations. Options could include paying the groupie to be quiet.

if i live a block away from the stadium, i probably don't live in that great of a neighborhood. not too many places right next to the stadium are usually upper class, so how come i haven't been robbed yet? just a thought, have your player occasionally get robbed or someone breaks into their house and they could lose a small amount of their money or something. or the ability to move from a lower class area (like in the minors) to a middle class area (starting out in the majors) to upper class (when u are a superstar).
