When playing individual games...

Unless i am missing something... i would like to be able to tell my player to steal if he is on the bags.

Especially in the minors, a player does what his base coach tells him to do. So giving you the ability to steal when you want would not comply with what the game is setup to be. Remember, you are the player and have no true control over the course a game takes. That's the job of the manager which is what OOTP is for.

Not a flame so don't take it as such, just pointing out that ITP can't include all those things as it would lose what the game is/was setup to be.

That's very understandable when you put it that way. I do like that when i am playing an individual game that when it is my turn to bat that i am already randomly set up with balls and strikes. It makes the game more fun.

I would like to be able to read the signs from the on field coaches and the manager. Then decide for myself what to do on the field or at the batter's box.
