Changing positions

This may have been mentioned already but ITP really needs to have an option where you can change positions, or have the ability to play multiple positions.

I have a guy in Single-A right now who is a CF, and he rides the bench because they have another CF who is better than him. But that guy should really be in Double-A, but Double-A has a stud CF, and so on up the line to the majors. But my player is a lot better than the Single-A LF, so why can't he play that position?

It would be nice to have those options open, rather that just hoping for a trade or an injury.

A day after I posted this, my CF got switched to LF and now he's starting.

Ive noticed the game does a good job of trading you if there are those in front of you who are better players.
I would like an option where the cell phone rings and your manager asks if you would like to try another posistion. Answering no might get you demoted or traded. If you answer yes your defense rating takes a hit, but you of course learn a second posistion.
