I'm getting the urge to try this one. I've been playing OOTP since version four, and was really interested in ITP when it first came out, but never got around to getting it. (And I was a little turned off by the fan reviews of "interesting, but not very deep".)
But I arrived at the product page by accident earlier today, and found myself intrigued by the screenshots. Any advice? Should I? Should I not? Actually, I just noticed that there's a demo that I wasn't aware of. I'll try that out. But I'd still be interested to hear your opinions. Anyone still play this after a while? Also: this was released prior to OOTP 6. Can I import a league from 6 or 6.5, or only from version 5? If I can, then I'd be a lot more interested. If not, less so.

I still play from time to time. I'll play a career or 2 then I'll take a break for a month or 2 then hit it again.
I like it. I would recommend it simply for the fact I play it more than I play other games that I spent 2-3 times as much on. And it's been out for years now and I still come back to it. For me it is worth it, especially at the low cost. I am really looking forward to (hoping for) ITP 2.

Don't forget that v5 is free now so there shouldn't be the problem of setting up a league in 5 and importing it.
