Frustrated with Game

I tried the demo game today on my laptop and played it until the end of the season. I liked what I saw so far, so I bought it. I went through 2 seasons (crashed twice but could recover) and after the third season the game crashed. I cannot play it any more on my laptop.
I then downloaded the game again on my pc in my office. This time I cannot get to the draft before it crashes and I lose all my info and have to start over from scratch each time before any simulation exists..
What could have been a fun game has turned into frustration. What do I do?

This is very unusual, I am very sorry to hear that. I suggest that you disable all applications while playing, for example virus scanners. If you still cannot get the game to work properly and you want a refund, please contact support@elicense.com

After further review I have found that after I turned off my anti-virus program completely I was able to run the program. It still has crashed a few times but I can open it up again and start where I was before the crash. I do not need a refund because the game is working. Thank you for replying and helping me fix the problem.

I must say that I'm quite impressed that you even still come to this neck of the woods, Markus. It seems like this game was developed and released quite fast, but then was dropped like a red-headed step child (no offense to anyone matching the description).

I truly wish, as I've mentioned before in these forums, that you would have taken the necessary steps to make this game a great one rather than one that frustrates due to its potential.

I generally understand timing was an issue with SI's purchase of OOTP, but I still hold out hope that one day a company will take a similar approach and will finish what they started rather than what has been done to this game.

This game still has a place on my hard drive, and I will occasionally take it out for a spin.

The resultant statistics aren't generally realistic, but for what the game tries to achieve, it does pretty well. I recommend this game to others. There is a real sense of accomplishment in shepharding your young player from an 18 year old, to one who is inducted into the hall of fame!
