To answer you question, yes you can increase your max numbers with a good workout. There is a workout on the board somewhere that realyl helps with that. Its called the ultimate hitters workout or something like that.

About the RPG things, I remember hearing something about being a team leader or whatever its called (i don't remember) teams are more likely to sign you when your skills are leaving you. I don't think i can help with anything else.

Ok, I can't find this post anywhere. What is the best way to increase the max numbers?

here is the original. There were tweaks here and there. Remember to make changes to keep your ratios at / or close to the appropriate levels.
