I am a long-time player of OOTP. Last month, I tried the demo for ITP and really enjoyed it. This type of sports RPG has a lot of potential.

I've read the thread and there seems to be some implication that Markus will be writing an ITP 2.0. Can anyone confirm this? I don't want to plunk down $20 for v1.0 if there is something in the works. Thanks.

Markus has expressed a desire to write a 2.0… someday. And I think it was a year ago he expressed that. While we're trying to put as much pressure on him as is polite, as far as we know he hasn't started on 2.0, and nothing is appearing on the horizon.

Marcus, I hope someday you can get a 2nd version of this game done. The first game had its weaknesses, but was a nice start especially considering nobody had ever done a similar game (at least not for baseball).

Here's my support for these ideas. I already cast my economic vote today, $19.95.

I have tried the demo today, and think that this is a great game!
I will buy this game when I go home.

So, here is my support as well, for the above ideas!
