Pitcher = Control?

What workout works on a pitchers control?

I would think just upper arm flexibility mixed in with some strength. Control is just something that kind of comes with time. I didn't max out my control (60) until I was in my second year in the bigs, and 23 years old. Everything else had already been maxed out since my days in AAA.

Actually, I had the opposite experience. My control hit its max early, and I've been waiting for everything else to catch up.
