How smart is your player???

I feel that my player is a true "Dumb-ass"

Whenever he reads anything he gets nothing out of it,
he is a 2 in intelligence and he read 2 books thus far with atleast 20% success and he didn't learn anything from them

Also do you find reading a book twice is useful?
