As far as I know, a pitcher workout hasn't been posted. I've tried many different workouts and nothing I've tried has been successful at all.
If you do find something, please post it so everyone can check it out. Good luck!! |

if you find the ultimate hitters workout, many have had success with that one, by substituting pitcher workout things with the batter ones.

Pitchers are different.
If you have a starting pitcher, you can work him a bit harder than a hitter because he'll have 5 days to recover before playing again. I've found that going heavy on pitching and pitching plus for the first year or two works well. That should make him reach the potential he already has...then switch to the arm strength workouts and throw in some extra running if you need endurance. works well for hitters too if you're playing on normal or easier. For horror you'll probably be better off using the ultimate workout posted from the start. Also, if you're still in the minors then you should add pitching plus into every empty slot as soon as the minor league season is over. I've seen some huge gains in those few weeks that way. |

I've come up with a pretty good workout for pitchers:
Sunday - Morning: Dumbbell Squats Sunday - Evening: Leg Press & Lower Flex Plus Monday - Morning: Lower Flex Monday - Evening: Fielding Drills Plus Tuesday - Morning: Bench Press Tuesday - Evening: Upward Rotation & Upper Flex Plus Wednesday: No workout Thursday - Morning: Crossover Power Step Thursday - Evening: Dot Drill & Leg Flex Plus Friday - Morning: Fielding Drill Plus Friday - Evening: Reverse Fly Saturday - Morning: Internal Rotation Saturday - Evening: External Rotation & Arm Flex Plus This gives you an Energy Level of 72/100 & a Ratio of 1.48 I noticed a glitch during the offseason between my 1st & 2nd season. I filled in all open slots in the workout program with Pitching Session Plus and the Ratio stayed at 1.48 but the Energy Level dropped down to 42/100. I didn't remember to remove the extra Pitching Session Plus drills until halfway thru the season. I have since added the following: Wednesday - Morning: Pitching Session Plus Wednesday - Evening: Pitching Session Plus This brings the energy level to 67/100 and the ratio stays at 1.48 |
