Hello all!

Well after the demo came out for ITP, I bought it. There seems to be enough there to keep me going for a while. BUT, I really want to play in a historical setting.

I've dled the '69, '77 & '87 league files but ITP crashes when I start the draft EVERY time...I can't figure out why.

It seems everyone that's doing a historical league for ITP has OOTP as well and I am wondering if its a MUST have AND, is OOTP 6.11 fully compatable with ITP 1.03? I ask because the one file I have, a 2003 starting day roster set loads and plays in ITP like a champ, even in the demo(that's what sold me) but I believe it is OOTP 5 based. The other files may be OOTP 6...if so, is that why the games aren't loading in ITP?

Any help on this would be awesome! Thanks in advance.

i may be wrong, but i don't think ootp6 files are compatible with itp. I think that may be your problem.

Thanks sir, you know, somehow through the haze of reading all these forums, I seem to remember someone say that.

EDIT:
Its confirmed here on my end; just downloaded TigersFan23's MLB 1970 League Files ver. 2.0 (8/24/03) for OOTP 5...it works like a charm!

So there it is!

Only OOTP5 save file work correctly in the ITP. Try download OOTP5 Roster file from Baseball SimCental. Must work fine.
